House 03 : Arthaus is modeled for a group of young, progressive artists. The house includes 3 individual rooms, a gallery, an atrium that may also serve as exhibition space, a common dining and kitchen and a lounge that serves both as a living area and a guest reception. At the back of the house is another structure that is the workshop.
